She has performed in clubs, corporate and private events, stage, film and TV all over the world. She has worked with Chicago City Limits, Blue Man Group: Tubes and The National Theatre of Performing Arts. She features in Momedy Comedy as part of the Mamapalooza Festival for Moms who Rock every year.

She has been a key player in bringing the arts uptown to Northern Manhattan: the founder, producer and host of the show Stand Up To Spoken Word, a cutting edge comedy and poetry show, as well as  The Uptown Arts Stroll Festival Comedy Night and Monkeying Around Uptown, all hot stand-up shows in Washington Heights.

 At the opposite end of town, Sassi hosted and booked Late Night Comedy at the first annual Seaport Summer Theatre Festival in 2007 under Drama Desk award winning Artistic Director Jeff Cohen, in line with his commitment to the recovery of Lower Manhattan in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks.
